With a budget of € 1.6 billion, CleanSky is the most ambitious aeronautical research programme ever launched in Europe.
Its mission is to develop breakthrough technologies to significantly increase the environmental performances of airplanes and air transport, resulting in less noisy and more fuel efficient aircraft.

SustainAvia is a certification and environmental research organization specialized in the aviation sector.
SustainAvia is a division of VerifAvia. It currently participates in three CleanSky projects.
We are also considering developing our certification capabilities in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) for airlines and in aviation biofuels.

CleanSky CARING Project
Project CARING (Contribution of Airlines for the Reduction of Industry Nuisances and Gases) aims at understanding how airlines deal with current and future environmental constraints (emissions and noise).
